I love monthly memberships in practice, which is why I have made it an option in my business. Membership is always prescribed in practice and that is the same if you would like to work with me as a dental coach. I like to fully understand your practice situation and your team so that I can definitely confirm that I am the right person to work with you and your practice team. My memberships are designed to offer either a combination of in house training and virtual sessions or virtual support only. I will help you with managing specific business projects alongside providing mentoring sessions. Before we start, if you are interested in becoming a member, I provide a complementary Zoom or phone call at a mutually agreeable time so that we can make sure that I am the right coach for you and that you are the right practice for me. I will always be honest if I can help you and if I cannot I will guide you where I can to a person / company who I feel would best suit your coaching requirements.
Areas that I coach under membership are:
- Vision planning / organisational structure
- Patient experience
- Treatment coordination
- Practice Management mentoring
- HR training, practical support of how you approach situations
- Recruitment for all roles in the team – clinical and non-clinical, including conducting interviews
- Welfare one-to-one meetings to provide support
- Owners sounding board and support (I know how tough it is in practice, so it is my job to listen, support and coach you as an owner)
New Beginnings – Membership Options 2024
Magnolia In-house and Virtual Membership – £300 per month
As a Magnolia member you will receive:
- 2 hours of virtual coaching per month – this can be booked as two 1-hour sessions once a fortnight or as one 2-hour session once a month. These sessions can be flexible depending on the month and what is happening in your clinic.
- 2 full day (6-hour) or 4 half day (3-hour) in-house or virtual sessions per year for practice training – these will take place when required for your practice development. This time can be substituted for online projects depending on the business need.
- The virtual time is about providing coaching support, training, writing / reviewing documents together and one-to-one meetings. I can speak to any team member on these calls, as well as with you.
- If we are nurturing team members together or we need to chat through ideas, approach to changes with specific team members this can be accommodated.
- You also have access to contact me via Whats App to ask questions, where necessary Whats App voice chat will be used. Depending on the query and support required, follow-up phone calls or online sessions may need to be arranged.
- Zoom is used for virtual sessions – this means I can record verbal skills with you where necessary.
Rowan In-House and Virtual Membership – £250 per month
As a Rowan member you will receive:
- 2 hours of virtual coaching per month – this can be booked as two 1-hour sessions once a fortnight or as one 2-hour session once a month. These sessions can be flexible depending on the month and what is happening in your clinic.
- 2 half day (3-hour) in-house or virtual sessions per year for practice training – these will take place when required for your practice development. This time can be substituted for online projects depending on the business need.

As a Green Leaf virtual member you will receive:
- 1.5 hours of virtual coaching per month – this can be booked as two 45-minute sessions once a fortnight or as one 1.5 hour session once a month. These sessions can be flexible depending on the month and what is happening in your clinic.
- The virtual time is about providing coaching support, training, writing / reviewing documents together and one-to-one meetings. I can speak to any team member on these calls, as well as with you.
- If we are nurturing team members together or we need to chat through ideas, approach to changes with specific team members this can be accommodated.
- You also have access to contact me via Whats App to ask questions, where necessary Whats App voice chat will be used. Depending on the query and support required, follow up phone calls or online sessions may need to be arranged.

Travel and accommodation costs will be applied to training sessions carried out in Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
