Meet Michael…
Hello everyone…I’m Michael Bentley.
With over 20 years in the dental industry, I’ve picked up a few superpowers along the way! I started out as a practice manager before stepping into roles as a dental nurse and treatment coordinator, and more recently, a patient experience and complaints manager in a thriving practice. If there’s a role in a dental practice, chances are I’ve worn the cape for it.
Today, I run my own dental consultancy business supporting teams like yours across the UK. I’ve developed a bit of X-ray vision for practice challenges and understand first-hand the pressures and daily hurdles you face.
