As a Sunflower member you will receive:
- 2 hours of virtual coaching per month (flexible scheduling)
- 3 full training days per year (in-house or virtual)
- Ongoing support with projects, systems, and team development
- 1–1 and team coaching sessions as required
- Direct WhatsApp access for support between sessions
- Zoom sessions available, including recording of verbal skills where required
Magnolia In-house & Virtual Membership – £400 per month
Ideal for practices wanting regular coaching with reduced in-house time
As a Magnolia member you will receive:
- 2 hours of virtual coaching per month (flexible scheduling)
- 2 full training days per year (in-house or virtual)
- Ongoing coaching support, training, and document review

Additional travel and accommodation costs may apply for in-house training sessions carried out in Scotland, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland.
